Jean-François Côté becomes president of Skål International Québec

Skål International Québec recently announced the appointment of Mr. Jean-François Côté, co-owner of Hôtels Nouvelle-France, as the new president for 2008. He remains president to this day.
Mr. Côté is well known in Québec’s tourism industry, especially in the hotel and restaurant business. A long-time member of Skål International Québec, he has held several posts within the board of directors.
Skål International Québec is a professional organization founded in 1971 by various actors in the city’s tourism industry: travel agencies, hotels, airlines, motorcoach operators, car rental operators, local tour operators, etc.
The organization is affiliated with Skål International, a large grouping of tourism professionals founded in Paris in 1932. Today, Skål International has over 22,000 members and 500 clubs in some 100 countries worldwide.
