5ième génération d’hôtelier, diplômée de l’ITHQ promotion 2002, Anike cumule maintenant plus de 15 ans dans l’industrie de l’hôtellerie.
Elle a débuté comme réceptionniste et auditrice de nuit au Days Inn de Berthierville. Elle a aussi travaillé au Four Seasons Sydney Australie, Marriott Sydney Australie, Dunk Island Resort Australie avant de revenir au Québec comme Directeur - Ventes et marketing de Gestion Hôtelière MBA Inc.
Elle a assisté, planifié et participé à l’ouverture du Quality Suites Drummondville et travaillé à travers différents établissements au Québec avant d'assumer la tâche de Directrice générale du Days Inn de Berthierville.
Elle est aussi Vice-Présidente de Gestion Hôtelière MBA Inc. et continue à intervenir sur des dossiers de consultations au niveau ventes, marketing, opération, services, rénovations, etc.
La passion de l’hôtellerie l’a amenée, très jeune, à développer une autre passion : celle de voyager. Elle a visité les pays suivants : Canada, État-Unis, Costa Rica, Cuba, Allemagne, Irlande, Suisse, France, Maroc (Participation au Rallye Aicha des Gazelles), Mali, Sénégal, République Tchèque, Slovaquie, Autriche, Pays-Bas, Angletterre, Thailande, Viet-Nam, Cambodge (Aide-humanitaire), Australie.

Fifth generation of hotelkeepers, she is a graduate from ITHQ promotion 2002. She cumulates more than fifteen years in the hotel management.
She started as a front desk clerk, night auditor, breakfast waitress, barmaid at the Days Inn of Berthierville.
She cumulates experience at the Four Seasons Sydney, the Marriott Sydney, and Dunk Island Resort also in Australia. She came back to Québec as the Director of sales and marketing of Gestion Hôtelière MBA Inc. She provided assistance and planning and participated at the Quality suites opening in Drummondville.
Working at the management level in several establishments in the province of Québec, she acquired the necessary tools and knowledge to come back as the General Manager at the Days Inn in Berthierville. She also took the task of Vice President for Gestion Hôtelière MBA Inc. assisting in resolving different issues concerning sales, marketing, operations, services and renovations.
The hotelkeeper passion brought on another passion, the one of travelling.
She visited many contries that helped her build this résumé : Canada, USA, Costa Rica, Germany, Ireland, France, Morocco (participated to the Aicha Rally), Mali Senegal, Czec Republic, England, Cambodia (humanitarian aid), Australia and many more…
